It’s the toughest week ever at work — and I knew it would be going into it.
I worked a 12-hour day today. I didn’t see Sage awake at all. I barely made it through the work that came in today; I didn’t return all the voicemails, I didn’t get through all the incoming e-mails. There are customers upset that I haven’t moved their claims forward, but there’s only one of me and there are well over a hundred of them assigned to me right now.
But I held onto my sanity.
Round one is a draw.
Round two is tomorrow, with a tough twist — I can’t work as late because I have a dentist appointment at 7 pm.
