Day Two: Loss

Today was a rough one. I worked extra and still left way, way more behind than I came in.

I hate that customers aren’t getting the service they should be getting. I can’t control the number of hours in the day or the workload on my desk. I’m pushing as hard as I can — and some of them aren’t getting responses because others have screamed louder or managed to get me on the phone immediately after I hung up the last call.

Today was not a good day. I was actually looking forward to my dentist appointment. That’s what the day was like.

But there are more rounds to go.
